This app is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app. You agree to use Thinkers responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

All content, design, code, and AI models within the Thinkers app and website are the intellectual property of App Dev Masters LTD and may not be used without permission. This includes but is not limited to our AI conversation technology, user interface design, and proprietary algorithms.

You retain ownership of your conversation content. However, by using our AI services, you grant us a limited license to process your conversations to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your personal conversations or use them for training purposes without your explicit consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You agree not to share your account with others or use the service for any illegal or harmful purposes.

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to their terms and conditions. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or our refund policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

You agree not to use Thinkers for:

• Any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities
• Harassment, abuse, or harmful content generation
• Attempting to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Sharing inappropriate content with AI personalities
• Commercial use without proper licensing

The app is provided 'as is' without any warranties, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, performance, or outcomes of using this app. AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate or appropriate. Users should exercise judgment when relying on AI-generated content.

App Dev Masters LTD shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or AI-generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these terms will survive termination.
